Privacy Policy — Bloqo

Last updated: August 21, 2026

Who we are

Bloqo is a block puzzle game for Android and iOS developed by Orange Softwares LTDA (Brazilian company registry CNPJ 45.985.129/0001-34), based in Boa Vista, Roraima, Brazil. This policy describes, in plain language, what data the game processes and how you can exercise your rights.

The essentials: Bloqo works without an account — we don't ask for your name, email, phone number, or password. The game runs 100% offline and all your progress is saved on your device. What may leave your device is described in items 2 to 4: technical diagnostics, your weekly leaderboard score (with an automatically generated nickname), the advertising identifier used by the free version's ads, and your purchase records from the app store.

1. Data that stays on your device

Your Journey progress, Daily Challenge calendar, high scores, settings, and gem balance are saved only in your phone's local storage. Uninstalling the game removes this data.

2. Data that leaves your device (diagnostics and leaderboard)

To keep the game running smoothly and to power the weekly leaderboard, we use Google Firebase services:

This data is processed under Google Firebase's privacy policies and used solely for bug fixing, game improvement, and leaderboard operation. We do not sell data to third parties.

3. Ads (free version)

The free version shows Google AdMob ads of two kinds: an ad between matches and optional reward videos, which you choose to watch in exchange for gems or continues. To display and measure these ads, Google accesses the device's advertising ID and technical data such as IP address (which may indicate approximate location). This processing follows Google's privacy policy.

4. Purchases and subscription

Gem packs, the "Remove Ads" purchase, and the Bloqo Premium subscription are processed by Google Play (or the App Store, on iOS) and managed by RevenueCat, our purchase processor. We only store your access status (active or not), expiration date, and plan. We do not receive or store card data.

5. How to delete your data

6. Your rights

You may request at any time: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, or deletion of data, as well as information about data sharing. Just write to contato@orangesoftwares.net — this is also the contact channel for Orange Softwares' data protection officer.

7. Children and teenagers

Bloqo is rated for a general audience and does not collect personal data from any player — there is no account creation, chat, or messaging. The declared target audience on app stores is 13 years or older, and ads follow Google's policies for suitable content.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a revised update date. Significant changes will be highlighted inside the game.
